Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the due diligence process take?

Our due diligence process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of your business and the completeness of the documentation you provide. We'll keep you informed throughout and let you know if we need additional information.

What types of businesses can apply?

We work with a wide range of Irish businesses, from early-stage startups to established SMEs looking for growth capital. We evaluate each application on its merits, looking at market opportunity, team quality, financial projections, and strategic fit with our investor base.

What is the minimum and maximum raise amount?

Campaigns typically range from €250,000 to €5,000,000. We consider applications outside this range on a case-by-case basis, depending on the maturity and scale of the business.

How is the investment structured?

Most campaigns on our platform are structured as equity investments, where investors receive shares in your company. We also support revenue-based financing and convertible notes in certain circumstances. Our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate structure.

What happens if the target isn't reached?

If a campaign doesn't reach its minimum funding target within the campaign period, all invested funds are returned to investors in full. You will not receive any funds unless the minimum target is reached.

Do you provide ongoing support after the campaign closes?

Yes. We provide post-campaign support including investor communications, reporting templates, and ongoing platform access for shareholder updates. Our team is always available to help you navigate investor relations as your business grows.
