3. Intellectual Property Licence
3.1. Your Content

The Site may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant:

(a) To Spark, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site and our services.

(b) To each user of the Site, a non-exclusive licence to access your User Content through the Site and to use it as permitted by the Site's functionality.

3.2. Spark's Content

All content on the Site, other than your User Content, including text, graphics, logos, and software ("Spark Content"), is owned by or licensed to Spark and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
