Raising Private Investment
Raising private investment is a straightforward and cost-effective way for entrepreneurs and growing companies to secure funding from a wide pool of private and professional investors.
A company lists its funding round on the Spark Venture Funding platform and sets out how much capital it is seeking, what the funds will be used for, and the terms of the investment opportunity. Think of it as an online version of a private investor pitch.
Investors are invited to participate in the round and can contribute at various levels depending on their interest and capacity. For example, if a company is raising €1 million in return for 40% of its available investment allocation, an investor contributing €500,000 would receive 20% of the allocation, while a €250,000 investment would account for 10%. A €25,000 investment would secure 1% of the allocation.
