MOBY Bikes Ltd, (‘MOBY’ or ‘the Company’) launched Ireland’s first electric bike share scheme back in 2021 and at that time raised €800k on Spark crowdfunding at a €5.5 million valuation. Since then the company has gone on to win tenders all over Ireland, has expanded to Europe with cargo bike sharing and a bike leasing division which it runs from a separate HQ in Utrecht and has developed “tap and ride’ technology which it will sell to other micromobility operators globally and could see MOBY become more of a fintech / SAAS company as opposed to a fleet operator = huge opportunity
